I was immediately assisted and in less than 3 minutes my insurance was updated, verified as accepted, and my prescriptions are being refilled. (CVS couldn't even tell me if my new insurance was accepted after over an hour!!)
Our previous insurance forced us to switch to CVS mail order and it was a constant problem. We recently got new insurance and trying to change it with them was a nightmare, don't know why I even bothered. After failing, my brain returned to me and I called Birch to start using them again.
