The employees are very friendly and easy to work with. The units are clean and neat!!!!!
The manager just moved away he was about as cool as you could get haven't had any experience with the new managers yet they seemed friendly enough
Can't complain about the units here at all. I've had nearly a dozen units before, and this is the best place I've ever had.
Very professional and accommodating! the main employee Frank is amazing & recently while he was away i had the pleasure of dealing with the family who are the owners. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Gated entrance, security cameras, new facility very well maintained didnt have to worry about rodents or bugs and cant imagine anyone would ever attempt to break in-all 3 were actual problems Ive had at another local company. Had several units here over the last few years for my own things and my mothers couldn't possibly give a higher recommendation.
Fantastic! I had an amazing experience at Independence Self Storage. Arrived early a few minutes before opening and the manager opened his doors 10 minutes early. He was friendly fast and efficient. The truck I was renting had come in from California and had splattered a million bugs. He took extra time clean my windows and make sure that I had a great experience. Highly recommended.
